Buoy Boots is a family owned and operated company. Founder, Jonathan Watts, and wife, Julia, were born and raised in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Our boots were inspired by our young son, Barron. Like most children in Eastern North Carolina, Barron was always outside and in the water. For a four-year-old, at the time, the only boot option for a child his age was a very tall, uncomfortable, rainboot. After much research, we decided to create and produce a high quality, comfortable, slip-on, ankle boot, that meet the needs for all children.
